Equipment Repairs

We strongly recommend that customers do not attempt component-level repair of networking or radio equipment in the field. Our factory is equipped to diagnose, repair and align your wireless networking equipment to its proper operating specifications.

If you need to return equipment for repair, you will be issued a Returned Material Authorization number via the form below. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, and on any correspondence relating to the repair.  We will not accept equipment for repair without an RMA number.
